Jimin, a member of BTS, has just unveiled his first solo single, dubbed “Set Me Free Pt.2,” and it is the title track of his forthcoming debut solo album, which is titled “FACE.” This song was produced by HYBE LABELS and contains snappy hip-hop beats as well as vocals that have been auto-tuned. Jimin is the focal point of the accompanying music video, which was produced by Oui Kim. The video features a number of dancers putting on a flashy display of drama while performing intricately choreographed moves.

Jimin discussed his new song and forthcoming album in an interview with Consequence. He stated that their initial priority was to highlight the performance aspect of the song and communicate the intense atmosphere of the song.

Jimin revealed that the theme of freedom was central to his new song “Set Me Free Pt.2,” and that he had the inspiration for the music while he was drinking. Due to the fact that this song will serve as the concluding cut on his forthcoming album, he set out to make a significant mark with his solo work. On the same day that he plans to release his album FACE on March 24, he will also premiere the music video for his second single “Like Crazy,” which he and his BTS bandmate RM collaborated on writing. “Like Crazy” was written by RM.

Recent events have resulted in Jimin achieving his first solo entry on the Billboard Hot 100 ranking as a result of his work with fellow BIGBANG member Taeyang on the song “Vibe.” As an additional gift to his followers, who are collectively referred to as ARMY, he recently made his solo tracks “Promise” and “Christmas Love” accessible on streaming platforms for the first time earlier this month.

Through his work with Taeyang of BIGBANG on the recording “Vibe,” Jimin was able to earn his first solo entry on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Additionally, he recently surprised his admirers by making the debut of his solo tracks “Promise” and “Christmas Love” on various streaming platforms.
